Chacha Tower in Batumi

Chacha tower is really interesting tourist attraction site in Georgia's Black Sea resort town of Batumi. Originally built in 2012, it was meant to feature Georgian national spirit chacha fountain instead of water.

It has been noted that noted that chacha will flow once a week for 15 minutes. Frankly speaking I have never seen chacha flowing here yet.
